How do I request a refund?
Email support@focusedsketchup.com from the address on your order, before your refund window closes (14 calendar days for individual courses, 3 calendar days for the All-Access Pass). See the Course Terms for the full policy.
I can't log in to my course.
Try the password-reset link on the course login page first. If that doesn't work, email me from the address you used at checkout and I'll get you back in.
My payment plan card got declined.
Update your card in the Customer Hub. If the failed balance sits unpaid for more than 7 calendar days, course access is paused — once you've updated the card and the charge clears, email me and I'll restore your access.
I'm stuck on a lesson — where do I ask?
Post in the private Facebook group with a screenshot — that's the fastest path to a working answer. I check the group daily, and other students often jump in within minutes.
